Privacy

These apps are made by Createful Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. For anything in this policy, write to support@createful.com.

Everything you enter — plans, guests, seating, budgets, suppliers, schedules, to-dos, scrapbooks, colour palettes and thank-yous — is stored in a database on your device.

If you have an active subscription, that database also syncs to your other devices using CloudKit, Apple's iCloud service. It goes into the private database of your own iCloud account, under your Apple ID. We do not host it, cannot read it, and cannot recover it for you. Apple's handling of that data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Without a subscription, nothing syncs and nothing leaves your device at all.

Nothing. There is no account to create, no sign-up, no email address collected, and no profile. We do not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising identifiers, or any third-party SDK that would send us data. No part of what you type reaches a server we control.

Contacts

Only if you choose to add a guest from your address book. The app reads the contacts you pick, copies the details onto that guest, and does nothing else with your address book. Nothing is uploaded to us.

Photos

Pictures you add to a scrapbook, or use to pull a colour palette from, are chosen through Apple's own photo picker. The app receives only the images you select — it is never given access to your whole library.

Microphone

Only while you are recording a voice memo onto a scrapbook. Recordings are saved into your plan like any other item, and are never sent to us.

Notifications

Used for reminders you set yourself. They are scheduled on your device by the app; we do not send push notifications and have no way to message you.

Every one of these is optional. Decline any of them and the rest of the app works normally.

Subscriptions and one-off purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, payment card, or billing address. The app asks Apple whether the device has a valid entitlement and gets back yes or no — that is the whole of what we learn about your purchase.

One subscription covers both apps. To make that work, a record of the entitlement is stored in your device's keychain in a group both apps can read. It stays on your device and in your own iCloud keychain.

When you export a PDF or a spreadsheet, or share a seating plan or guest list, the file goes wherever you send it using the standard iOS share sheet. That is your choice and your copy — it does not pass through us.

These apps are not directed at children and collect nothing from anyone.

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to show you, correct, or delete. You remain in control of everything:

• Delete a plan in the app to remove it and everything in it.
• Delete the app to remove its local database from that device.
• Remove synced data in Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage, where the app's iCloud data can be deleted from your account.

Under UK GDPR you have rights over personal data held about you. If you believe we hold any, write to support@createful.com and we will answer. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers. Your appearance preference, if you set one, is stored in your browser and never sent anywhere. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server request logs on our behalf.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the current version always lives at this address.
